Printed pens for exhibitions

There are many uses for promotional pens; whether it's in the office, handed out to staff on the road, in a reception area or just as a promotional gift.

But arguably the most common purpose for printed pens is as an event giveaway at an exhibition. Of course, depending on the type of exhibition and the visitors that will be coming to your stand, there are lots of decisions to make as to which pen is right for your event.

Some pens are more commonly purchased for this purpose than others. These examples are just a few of the most popular pens available for marketing purposes and the reasons why (in my opinion) they are suitable for exhibitions specifically;

These Vista printed pens are at the lower end of any budget with prices starting at around 17p per pen. I think these pens are specifically suitable for B2C type exhibitions where businesses are giving away a small gift to customers as a 'thank you' for making a purchase.

Those taking part in technology exhibitions specifically might find a geekier pen more suitable! What about a pen with phone stylus installed at the opposite end? A helpful freebie for anyone using a smartphone or tablet with touchscreen technology.

For a conference or executives meeting a metal pen might be more suitable, although these normally come in at the top end of most budgets but can be purchased in smaller quantities.

In all cases these pens are also very handy for exhibitors who will spend time with clients filling out paperwork during events. Depending on the type of client and paperwork involved you might even want to hand them out once your contracts are signed!
